Physicians, are you leaving money uncollected?

QuantumMark, LLC is pleased to announce the launch of a new line of services targeted for medical practices. Statistics show that physicians typically leave 24-30% of their income uncollected. The reasons behind this income loss are varied. It may be the result of simple errors in coding that require correction and resubmission to payers. Research indicates that it is often the day to day activities of running an office that hinder staff from taking the extra time required to work these accounts. That’s where QuantumMark can help. QuantumMark’s qualified medical coding experts have the skills and expertise to quickly assess the issues, resubmit claims and bring in revenue from uncollected accounts.

Medical Revenue Retrieval is directed toward aging and unpaid claims to help retrieve the 24-30% loss most physicians experience. A QuantumMark medical billing and coding professional will go to the physician office and review the accounts receivable report with the practice manager. From there, agreement will be made on which accounts QuantumMark will work. Those accounts will be processed and any payments will go directly to the practice.

For a period of three months QuantumMark will continue processing these claims. At the end of each 30 days, QuantumMark will do a review with the practice manager and a percentage of the funds that have come in on the agreed upon accounts will be paid to QuantumMark.

“This service is offered at no risk to the physician,” says Diane Borhani, QuantumMark Managing Partner. “Since studies prove that these accounts are ones that physicians typically write off, Medical Revenue Retrieval can bring in funds that most practices leave uncollected.”
